GitKraken stores profiles, generated SSH keys and local settings in a .gitkraken folder in AppData (or config home). Repos themselves stay wherever you cloned them.
Auth tokens complicate migration. Expect to sign in again even after a faithful folder copy; keys and profiles still save setup time.
