Delta Force is always online, so operators, loadouts and campaign progress live on TiMi servers under your Level Infinite Pass account. No local save file carries your rank.
Local files are limited to Unreal config inside the install tree. Note the warning attached: editing .ini files is treated as a terms violation, so read-only curiosity is safer than tweaking.
