RuneScape streams most of its world from Jagex servers but caches aggressively on disk, so the jagexcache folder balloons into tens of gigabytes. Settings, logs and the game cache share the tree.
Deleting the cache forces a full re-download with long loading screens after. Back up settings before wiping, or reconfigure graphics and audio from scratch.
