Transmit keeps server favorites, passwords in the keychain, transfer settings and UI state in its Application Support folder. Passwords themselves live in the macOS keychain, referenced rather than stored.
Copy the folder and every favorite plus setting moves Macs together. Re-authorize keychain items on first launch at the new spot.

Holds favorites, settings and transfer state. Passwords stay in the login keychain, so export those separately if needed. Reach the folder through Finder Go > Go to Folder. Copy with Transmit closed.
