Where Does Total Commander Store Settings?

Total Commander reads wincmd.ini from the exe directory (portable) or AppData GHISLER folder (installed). FTP sessions live in wcx_ftp.ini beside it.

Install mode decides the root. Use Help > About to print the live ini path instead of guessing.
