Thorium stores profiles in a Chromium-family User Data tree with bookmarks, extensions, history and cache inside. No account sync exists, so the folder is the only copy of your browsing state.

The Default subfolder is the profile most people use. Copy the whole User Data tree with every window closed and extensions plus settings travel intact.
