Where Does the CurseForge App Store Instances?
CurseForge App keeps Minecraft modpacks in an Instances folder under Documents by default. App settings and caches live under Local AppData.

Each CurseForge Minecraft profile is a full instance with mod files and saves. All profiles sit under a common Instances folder so they can be copied or backed up as a set.
The default root changed from Curse to CurseForge in past releases, so older installs may show a legacy path. Current installs can also move the root in CurseForge Settings under Minecraft.

<username> is your Windows account name. <profile> is the modpack profile folder. Each profile holds mods and saves plus config files. Root can be changed in Settings.

<username> is your Windows account name. Holds app data and logs plus cache. Does not hold playable instances, which stay under Documents unless moved.

How do I move CurseForge Minecraft to another drive?
Open CurseForge Settings and choose Minecraft. Set a new Modding Folder Location. The app will move profiles or you can move the Instances folder by hand and point the app to it.
Why do I have both Curse and CurseForge folders?
Curse was the legacy root and CurseForge is the current root. Migrate profiles to the CurseForge folder and remove the old folder only after testing the new path.
