Where Are Fall Guys Saves Located on PC?
Fall Guys stores progression server side on your Epic account, not in a local save file. Local PC files hold cache, logs, and settings.

There is no local progression save to back up for Fall Guys on PC. Unlocks, ranks, and cross progression sync online through your Epic account for both Epic and Steam builds. The Steam build was delisted in June 2022 but still requires an Epic account.
Local data is at %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Mediatonic\FallGuys_client\. Settings also live in registry at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Mediatonic\FallGuys_client. Delete both the folder and the registry key only when doing a clean settings reset.
