Where Are Returnal Saves Located on PC?
Returnal on PC stores saves under AppData Local in a Returnal folder. Steam and Epic use separate subfolders.

Steam saves are at %LOCALAPPDATA%\Returnal\Steam\Saved\SaveGames\. Epic Games Store saves are at %LOCALAPPDATA%\Returnal\Epic\Saved\SaveGames\. Config is in the matching Saved\Config branch for each store.
To reset progress you must disable Steam Cloud first, then delete the SaveGames contents. If Cloud stays on, it will restore the deleted files on next launch.
