Reporting a wrong or outdated path
Corrections are the most useful emails we get. To make yours actionable, include:
- The app or game name and its version.
- Your OS and its version (for example, Windows 11 24H2, not just "Windows").
- Which guide URL is wrong, and what you found instead.
Suggesting a new guide
Tell us the app and the thing you kept hunting for (its save folder, its config file, its screenshot folder). If you already know the path, include it and where you confirmed it. Real suggestions with real paths jump the queue.
What we cannot help with
There are no accounts on this site, so there is nothing account-related to support. We also cannot walk you through recovering deleted files or fixing a specific machine. For that, the app maker's own support is the right place.
