Changing your choice
Press the Cookie settings link in the site footer at any time to bring the consent banner back and pick again. Choosing Reject (or doing nothing) means analytics never loads. You can also clear everything this site stored via your browser's site-data controls, which resets both your theme and your consent choice.
Do Not Track
Since tracking is off unless you opt in, there is nothing extra to disable when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. The default already respects that intent.
