Arma 3 splits its footprint in two. Your player profile, keybinds, graphics settings and saved missions live in Documents\Arma 3, with extra in-game profiles going to a sibling folder called Arma 3 - Other Profiles. The .Arma3Profile file inside is plain text, so keybinds are human readable.
Download caches, workshop mission previews and crash dumps live separately under LocalAppData\Arma 3. That folder is safe to clear when workshop downloads misbehave; your profile is untouched. The Documents location is hardcoded, so moving profiles off a small SSD means relocating Documents itself or using a directory junction.
