Crysis stores saves in Documents\My Games\Crysis\SaveGames with profiles and game.cfg beside them in the same tree. The config file holds the usual CryEngine variables, editable directly or via autoexec.cfg in Game/Config.
Mind the bitness trap: 32 and 64 bit saves load each other's levels but scripting differences can strand progress. Steam and GOG cloudsync the tree, and OneDrive Documents backup moves the effective path. Keep a manual copy before level transitions that historically crash.
