DKB keeps accounts and card controls on its servers with the phone holding session cache in a private sandbox.

DKB balances are server-side. Giro, cards, and brokerage positions attach to the login. The sandbox holds session, cached views, and notification state. Inactivity logs you out by design.
Card controls deserve a check after moving. Locks, limits, and regions sync with the account, but confirm before travel. Photo transfers and standing orders resume without re-entry.
