Enotria uses the textbook Unreal Engine save layout: a folder named after the game in Local AppData, with Saved and SaveGames beneath it. Profiles like Profile_1 live at the bottom of that tree.
Paste %LOCALAPPDATA%\Enotria into Explorer and the rest is one glance. Copy the whole SaveGames folder before a fresh patch cycle, since soulslikes have a habit of invalidating old saves at the worst moment.
