Fallout 4 keeps everything in one place. The saves sit in the Saves subfolder, and the three ini files the game reads sit directly above them. The Steam, GOG and Epic copies all use this folder, because it is tied to your Windows profile rather than to where you installed the game.
One trap before you go looking: if OneDrive has taken over your Documents folder, My Games lives inside OneDrive instead of C:\Users\<you>. Below the Documents root nothing changes, so the moment you find that root you have found the rest.
