Flo keeps cycle logs, symptoms, pregnancy tracking and insights on the account with per device cache, plus optional HealthKit and Google Fit sync. Anonymous mode exists for use without an account, at the cost of any backup.
Given the sensitivity, know the two stores: the Flo account cloud and the exported file you keep. Anonymous users hold everything on one phone with no recovery. Back up through export before wipes regardless of mode.
