Where Are Grim Dawn Save Files Located?
Grim Dawn saves in Documents\My Games\Grim Dawn\save. Each character gets a folder with player.gdc inside.

Grim Dawn uses the classic Crate layout: Documents, My Games, one folder per character. The .gdc file is the hero, formulas and stash ride alongside.
Cloud sync causes most losses. Steam Cloud and local folders overwrite each other when both stay active. Choose local with manual backups or cloud with trust, never both casually.
