Live Voicemail transcribes callers in real time as they speak. Transcripts appear on the incoming call screen and persist under Phone Recents. Full messages collect in the Voicemail tab.
There is no transcript file to browse in Files. The setting is one toggle under Phone. Carriers can gate availability, so missing toggles usually mean carrier or region limits.
