Keep Driving is a GameMaker game with no manual saves. Every store you leave or destination you reach triggers an autosave into %LOCALAPPDATA%\KeepDriving\savedata. Close the game anywhere and Continue picks up there.
The single-run design catches people out. There is nowhere for a second campaign to live, so the savedata folder is both your progress and your only restore point. Treat it accordingly before risky stretches of road.
