Little Hope saves to a LittleHope folder in Local AppData, following the same pattern as the rest of the anthology. The file names do extra work here: each starts with a two-letter prefix for the play mode, so solo, online co-op and other variants sit side by side without colliding.
That prefix system is handy when cleaning up. A folder cluttered with old Movie Night attempts can be trimmed by prefix instead of guessing which file belongs to which run. OptionSettings.sav holds the graphics and audio choices separately, so deleting story saves never resets those.
