Where Does mySugr Store Diabetes Data?

mySugr logbook on the account with meter imports and PDF reports.

Last updated

mySugr (Roche) keeps the diabetes logbook (glucose, insulin, carbs, photos, notes) on the account with per device cache for offline logging. Bluetooth meters and CGM integrations import directly into the same diary.

Reports are the portable layer: PDF and CSV exports go to Files, mail or the care team. The account holds the canonical history; the phone holds convenience copies. Reinstalls restore years of logs on login in minutes.

Where mySugr stores this, by platform

Android
Account cloud (logbook) plus app cache and meter pairings

Log offline; entries sync when connected. Pair meters per phone. Clearing app data drops cache; the logbook returns on sign in. Export PDFs before appointments.

iOS
Account cloud (same synced logbook on iPhone)

HealthKit bridges selected categories where enabled. Pro features follow the subscription. Deleting the app clears cache only; history is account bound.
