How do I back up Nuclei?
Copy the nuclei config folder with no scan running. Templates live in the sibling templates dir. Restoring means putting both back and updating templates to confirm.
Is there a ~/nuclei folder?
No. The correct default is a templates folder under config home. Old tilde-nuclei guesses describe paths that do not exist. Custom cloud template keys live in the YAML.
