Where Are Oxenfree Save Files Located?
Oxenfree files saves in a Night School Studio folder on all three desktop systems, Unity conventions throughout.

Night School's dialogue horror follows Unity placement on every system. Windows uses LocalLow, Mac uses Application Support, Linux uses the XDG config home, each with a save folder beneath.
The saves carry timeline state across playthroughs, which is the entire point of the game's looping structure. Moving machines mid loop works by copying one folder. Multiple endings stack in the same files rather than separate slots.

Can I move my timeline to another OS?
Copy the save folder contents across with the game closed. Formats match on all systems, so timelines transfer intact. Timeline altering endings carry over exactly as left.
The folder has a unity prefix. Is that wrong?
Newer builds use Night School Studio directly while older ones used a unity prefixed variant. Check both names when the expected folder looks empty.
