Jot's storybook saves as numbered player slots in Local AppData under the Storybook project name, with config in a WindowsNoEditor folder beside them. The developers' own bug report guide points straight at this tree.
Three slots mean three parallel storybooks at most. Copy the slot files before letting a second player loose on the pages.
