Where Are Sifu Save Files Located?
Where Sifu keeps saves and graphics settings on PC, and how to move a save between Steam and Epic stores.
Last updated
Sifu uses the standard Unreal layout on Windows. Saves live under Saved SaveGames inside a per account ID folder. Config lives in a sibling Config tree as ini files.
Steam and Epic share the same parent folder. Only the ID folder name changes between stores. That makes cross store transfers a matter of copying files between ID folders rather than converting anything. Back up the parent SaveGames tree with the game closed so both stores travel in one copy. The ID folder name is the only part that moves.
Where Sifu stores this, by platform
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Sifu\Saved\SaveGames\[UserID]
Holds per account ID subfolders with Sifu .sav slots inside. Config lives separately in Saved Config WindowsClient as ini files. Copy saves between ID folders for Steam to Epic moves.
Frequently asked questions
Can I transfer a Sifu save from Epic to Steam?
Copy the .sav files from the old store ID folder into the new store ID folder under Saved SaveGames. Keep a backup of both folders first. The folder name itself differs per store, but the file format is shared.
Where is the Sifu settings ini file?
Open the WindowsClient folder under Saved Config. GameUserSettings.ini and Engine.ini hold resolution, quality and input choices as text. Saves sit separately in Saved SaveGames, so editing config never risks progress.
