Where Are The Operator Save Files Located?

The Operator keeps case progress and settings in separate LocalLow folders under Bureau 81. Saves land in OPERATOR while keybinds and presets live in a VECTOR INTERACTIVE Saves tree, so updates can wipe one and spare the other.
After patches the game creates a Save0Migrated folder that looks important but is not live. The real settings stay in Saves\Save0; restoring means copying that folder, not the migrated copy.
