Wolt keeps orders, addresses, and credits in your account with the phone holding session cache in a private sandbox.

Wolt orders live server-side. History, favorites, delivery addresses, and payment methods attach to the account. The sandbox holds login session and cached venue data.
Courier and customer apps are separate products with separate storage. This post covers the customer app. Credits and refunds land in the account balance visible on any device after login.
