Where Does XTB Store Portfolios and Statements?

XTB keeps portfolios and orders on its servers with the phone holding session cache in a private sandbox.

Last updated

XTB positions are account-side. Stocks, ETFs, and CFD orders attach to the login. The sandbox holds session, cached charts, and notification state.

Demo and real accounts share the app with separate logins. Switching between them never mixes data. Statements generate per account from the same history backend.

Where XTB stores this, by platform

Android
/data/data/com.xtb.xmobile2

Private sandbox for session and chart cache. All positions are server-side. Statements generate per account from history on demand.

iOS
/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/<guid>/Documents

Sandboxed container with the same account archive. Demo and real logins stay separate. Reinstalls only reset device trust.

Frequently asked questions

How do I export XTB statements?

Generate account statements and tax reports from the app history section. Cash, stock, and CFD records export together. Older years regenerate on request.

How do I move XTB to a new phone?

Install and log in with 2FA. Portfolios sync from the account instantly. The old sandbox held cached charts that rebuild on first open.
