Where Are Anno 1404 Save Files Located?

Anno 1404 splits saves into Documents and profiles into AppData, with Venice keeping its own folders.

Last updated

Anno 1404 divides its data three ways. Savegames sit in Documents under Anno 1404 folders, one for the base game and one for the Venice expansion. Profiles and the Engine.ini config live apart in AppData under Ubisoft folders, which is where graphics and language tweaks go.

That split means a full migration needs both stops. Copy the Documents savegames for the cities and the AppData profiles for the settings. The History Edition remaster uses different paths, so these locations apply to the 2009 original and its Venice addon.
