Where Does Arturia Pigments Store Presets?
Pigments keeps user presets in the shared Arturia Presets tree set in Software Center, factory and user split per instrument.

Pigments shares one Resources folder with every Arturia instrument, chosen in Software Center. Presets live beneath it in a Presets tree with one folder per instrument. Inside Pigments sit factory and User branches side by side.
That shared root decides backups. Copy the User branch for your creations and leave factory alone. The db.db3 index beside the presets goes stale after updates and hides banks until deleted. Move libraries through Software Center so pointers follow automatically.
