Where Does Auxio Store Playlists and Settings?

Auxio keeps its library database and playlists in private app storage, reading music from the shared folders you grant it.

Last updated

Auxio builds its library from your music folders but stores everything it learns in its own private database. Playlists, play counts and settings live there, not beside your MP3s.

That split matters at backup time. Copying your music folder preserves the songs and loses the playlists. Export playlists from inside the app if they matter, since the private database does not survive a reinstall.

Where Auxio stores this, by platform

Android
/data/data/org.oxycblt.auxio

Private storage with the library database and preferences. Needs root or an ADB backup to read. If the package name differs on your build, confirm it on the Play Store listing first.
