Backpack Hero keeps saves in a TheJaspel folder per OS. Windows uses LocalLow, Mac uses Application Support, Linux uses .config unity3d.
Steam Cloud, GOG Galaxy and Epic sync cover most installs. Copy the whole folder with the game closed. Config rows were never published separately.
