Bramble uses the Unreal Saved layout under a Bramble_TMK folder, with .sav files per checkpoint and config beside them. Steam Cloud syncs the same tree.
Checkpoint only saving makes manual backups genuinely useful. Copy the .sav at a checkpoint, play on, and restore it to retry a section or to set up achievement conditions like the no death Survivor run.
