Where Does Comikey Store Downloads?
Comikey manga and webcomic library, keys unlocks and offline downloads.
Last updated
Comikey mixes licensed manga and webcomics with a keys based unlock shelf: purchases and keys on the account, downloaded chapters in app private storage for offline. Follows and history sync on login.
The catalog skews toward romance and indie licenses with print style volumes beside serialized episodes. Either way the device rule holds: entitlements roam, bytes stay. Reinstalls cost the cache and nothing else when the account is set.
Where Comikey stores this, by platform
App-private storage (chapters downloaded in-app)
Per chapter offline saves with synced keys and follows. Clearing app data drops downloads; the account shelf restores itself. Check the region store for catalog gaps.
App sandbox (chapters downloaded in-app)
Same model on iPhone and iPad. Deleting the app clears offline chapters while keys and library persist. Redownload on Wi-Fi before travel.
