INKR Comics keeps the library and follows on the account and downloaded issues in app private storage for offline reading. Publisher titles stream by default; the download control pins them per series for travel.
Progress syncs across phone and tablet on the same login. The offline bytes do not follow: every device fetches its own copies. Treat downloads as disposable and the account shelf as permanent, since wipes and reinstalls only ever cost the cache.
