Where Are Dishonored Save Files Located?

Dishonored stores saves in userdata\<SteamID>\205100, using a Remote folder with cloud on and a Local folder with it off. Config files sit apart in Documents\My Games\Dishonored\Config. That split explains most vanishing-save reports: the files exist, the game is just looking at the other side.
Region-locked editions complicate things further with a parallel 217980 folder. Copy the whole 205100 tree for backups, and keep the cloud toggle steady mid-playthrough. Flipping it orphans the active saves until you flip it back.
