Where Does Drambo Store Projects?

Drambo keeps modular projects inside the app, reachable through Files and optional iCloud Drive sync.

Last updated

Drambo projects live inside the app until you move them. The app exposes its documents to the Files app, and an iCloud Drive option syncs projects between your iPhone, iPad, and Mac without cable juggling.

That convenience has one edge. Projects reference samples, and anything imported from outside the app folder stays outside it. Before archiving or deleting sample folders, consolidate the project so the sounds travel with it. A project that opens silent almost always lost its samples this way.

Projects, presets, and recordings live in the app's Files location. Turn on iCloud Drive sync to carry them across iPhone, iPad, and the Apple silicon Mac build. Consolidate external samples into the project before archiving.

Frequently asked questions

How do I move Drambo projects between iPhone and Mac?

Share the project out through Files or AirDrop to a Mac or second device. The Apple silicon Mac build opens the same projects, so one shared folder covers both.

Does the project file contain my samples?

No. Samples referenced from outside stay where they are, so consolidate them into the project before deleting source folders or the project goes quiet.
