Fear the Spotlight is a Unity horror game, so saves follow the Unity convention under %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\CozyGamePals\Fear The Spotlight. Progress sits in game_*.dat files, one per slot, with configuration beside them in the same folder.
