Where Are MiSide Save Files Located?
MiSide saves under AppData LocalLow in AIHASTO/MiSideFull. No Steam Cloud, so copy the Save folder by hand.

MiSide is a Unity game, so saves follow the Unity convention under %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\AIHASTO\MiSideFull\Save. Chapters, cartridges, costumes, and achievements all live there. The game has no Steam Cloud support, which surprises players moving between PC and Steam Deck.
Backups are manual copies of that Save folder. Swapping in 100% completion saves from the community works the same way: drop the files in and launch. On Deck, reach the same folder through the Proton prefix at compatdata/2527500. Keep a copy before major story updates; new versions occasionally reshape the save format.
