Last updated
FiLMiC Pro records into its own library before anything reaches the Camera Roll. That library (Filmic Pro file folder on iOS, app storage on Android) is where takes sit for review, renaming with the CMS, and preset syncing. Nothing uploads until you share it.
Delivery is manual. Send a take to Photos, Files, Dropbox, FTP, or Frame.io from the share sheet. Legacy owners migrating builds move files from the old FiLMiC Pro folder to the new FiLMiC Legacy folder, following the tutorial video, rather than reimporting everything.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get FiLMiC Pro videos onto my computer?
Share single takes to Dropbox, FTP, or Files, or pull the whole FiLMiC folder over USB with Finder or File Explorer. Confirm the transferred file plays before deleting the in app copy.
Where did my old FiLMiC Pro clips go after upgrading?
They stay in the previous app file folder. Copy them into the new Legacy folder build as shown in the migration tutorial. The app never auto migrates large video libraries between installs.
