Where Are The First Descendant Saves and Config Files?
The First Descendant keeps saves and settings under an M1 folder in LocalAppData, a name that confuses new players.

The First Descendant stores everything under %LOCALAPPDATA%\M1. Saves go in Saved\SaveGames and graphics and keybind settings live as INI files in Saved\Config\Windows. The M1 name is just the project's internal codename. It has nothing to do with Apple silicon.
The folder is also the official fix path. Nexon's own support asks players to delete the Saved folder inside M1 when settings reset or options refuse to stick. That tells you two things: this is the right folder, and you should back it up before letting any guide delete it.
