Fort Solis hides under an unfamiliar folder name on Windows. The engine tree is called Sycamore after the internal project name. Saves sit inside it under Saved SaveGames in per account subfolders.
Config lives beside saves in a Saved Config tree with plain ini files. There is no verified native Mac save path in public docs despite the Mac port, so this post covers Windows only. Proton prefixes mirror the same Sycamore tree on Linux. Chapter progress writes often, so copy with the game closed to avoid half flushed files.
