fraenk is congstar digital brand with its own app ID on both stores. Private storage holds the login session plus plan cache. The main congstar app is a different package with separate data. Plan and data volume sync from servers after login, so local files hold cached counters rather than the plan itself. That split decides what a reinstall keeps.
