HeartWatch analyzes heart rate from Apple HealthKit and keeps alert rules, zones, reports and premium state in the app with iCloud sync. Every beat it shows came from Health; every rule about those beats lives in HeartWatch.
High and low alerts, irregular rhythm flags and sleep summaries follow the app install. The underlying measurements follow HealthKit across devices and restores. When graphs disagree between devices, one of them has stale Health sync rather than a HeartWatch bug.
