Height is a cloud project tool, so tasks, docs, and chat live in the workspace account rather than on any device. The apps keep an offline mirror for viewing without a connection.
The portable copy is the export downloaded per project. Anything still only a task has no offline form. Members who leave lose workspace access, so export before departure day. The mirror cache on devices is temporary by design.
