Taskade is a cloud workspace, so projects, docs, and task lists live in your account rather than on any device. The apps mirror that workspace for offline viewing.
The portable copy is the export: Markdown, PDF, or CSV downloaded per project. Anything still only a project has no offline form. Export finished work, keep the workspace for collaboration, and the archive question answers itself.
