Where Are L.A. Noire Save Files Located?
L.A. Noire saves cases as .lanoire files two folders deep: a numbered profile folder, then an L.A.Noire subfolder.

L.A. Noire nests saves unusually deep. Under Documents/Rockstar Games/L.A. Noire/Profiles sits a long numbered folder per Rockstar profile, and inside that an L.A.Noire subfolder with SaveGame0.lanoire onward. Miss either level and the folder looks empty.
Backups must capture both levels together. Copy the Profiles tree whole with the game closed, and restore signed into the same Rockstar account or the saves will not attach.
