Manta (the RIDI webtoon subscription) saves offline series into app private storage per title. The subscription unlocks the catalog; the account carries follows, history and progress across devices.
Downloads are licensed travel copies, not files. Membership lapses lock them even when the bytes remain on disk. Each device downloads its own set, so a new tablet starts empty while the library looks full.
