Mordhau uses the classic Unreal layout: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Mordhau\Saved on Windows. Progression sits in SaveGames, graphics and binds in Config/WindowsClient INI files.
One folder holds almost everything personal, which makes backup day simple. The exception is custom map files, which live in the Steam install directory rather than Saved and need their own copy. Grab both and a reinstall becomes a non event. Linux players find the same tree in the Proton prefix. Server favorites and recent history sit beside the saves, so they survive the copy too.
